Outlet Centre Performance Report Europe. Long-Run Analysis 2011 to 2025

The report is based on a Europe-wide survey of international brand manufacturers on the economic performance of the individual stores they operate in the various outlet centres. This survey is conducted annually and the results are updated accordingly.

The annual report shows the ranking of the single outlet centres according to their economic performance and the tenants’ assessment of the performance of individual operators. Here, in a special analysis, the results from 15 survey rounds – i.e. from 2011 to 2025 – have now been collated and evaluated. A total of 16,985 responses are now available. This wealth of data undoubtedly offers a unique insight into the current state and development of this interesting niche within the retail market.
